We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. However if you want to try and put some up in a profile to see if it works for you then this is how you do it:
1) Create a new journal and load up what work you want to put into it.
2) On each deviation there should be some code down the right hand side of the page. The code you want is called "Thumb" (example- :thumb82836308
3) Put that code on your journal and it should show up when you post it, if not then it proves you need a subscription
Also if you want a template to make your own Stamps then i'll send it to you over MSN
